In a fiery address at a public rally in East Godavari, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a blistering assault on the Congress and INDI alliance, accusing them of nefarious activities related to black money. PM Modi’s remarks were punctuated with allegations of using servants’ residences as clandestine storage for ill-gotten gains.
“Congress and INDI alliance keep shouting ‘ED’ every day, but the nation witnessed their true colors on television recently,” declared the Prime Minister, referencing a recent incident in Jharkhand. This incident saw the Enforcement Directorate (ED) uncovering a substantial sum of cash from the home of a servant of a Congress Minister’s secretary.
PM Modi went on to allege that the Congress had transformed their servant’s abode into a repository for their black money. “This is not an isolated incident. Previously, an even larger stash of currency was seized from a Congress MP,” he added, heightening the intensity of his accusations.
Questioning the frequent discovery of large sums of cash in proximity to individuals associated with the first family of Congress, the Prime Minister underscored his determination to seek legal recourse to ensure the restitution of looted funds to their rightful owners.
PM Modi’s impassioned statement comes at a critical juncture, with the nation grappling with economic challenges and corruption allegations brewing as a contentious issue between the ruling party and the opposition. His remarks are poised to amplify ongoing debates surrounding the pervasive issue of black money in the country, further intensifying the political discourse as the nation navigates through turbulent times.
