BJP Open to Welcoming Sanjay Nirupam, says Maharashtra BJP President Chandrashekhar Bawankule

Date:

Mumbai – In a recent statement, Maharashtra BJP President Chandrashekhar Bawankule has expressed openness to the idea of welcoming Sanjay Nirupam into the party. Nirupam, a prominent figure in North India, is known for his extensive work in connecting people with the Congress party.

Bawankule praised Nirupam’s political tenure and his efforts in strengthening the Congress party’s presence in North India. “Seeing the political tenure of Sanjay Nirupam, he has done a lot of work for connecting people with Congress. He is well-recognized in North India,” said Bawankule.

However, Bawankule clarified that talks with Nirupam have not yet taken place. He stated that if Nirupam is ready and his thoughts align with the BJP, then he would be welcome in the party. “Talks with Sanjay Nirupam have not happened yet, but if he is ready and his thoughts align with the BJP, then people like him are always welcome,” Bawankule added.

This statement has sparked speculation about a possible shift in alliances for Nirupam. However, there has been no comment from Nirupam or his representatives at the time of reporting.

The political landscape in Maharashtra continues to evolve, and this development could potentially lead to significant changes in the dynamics of the state’s politics. As the situation unfolds, the citizens of Maharashtra and the rest of the country will be watching closely.
