Mumbai – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced the launch of a nationwide campaign, the ‘Sankalp Patra Campaign’, in preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The campaign, which will run until March 15, aims to gather suggestions from citizens across the country to shape the BJP’s manifesto for the elections.
The ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Patra’ campaign is a unique initiative that seeks to involve all sections of society in the political process. It is not limited to individuals but extends to various industrial and social organizations and other undertakings. The BJP believes that this inclusive approach will help create a manifesto that truly reflects the aspirations and needs of the people of India.
In Mumbai, officials and workers from various Aghadis and Morchas will spearhead the campaign. They will reach out to Mumbaikars, going door-to-door to collect suggestions. In addition, collection boxes will be placed at all railway stations and other public places in Mumbai to facilitate easy submission of suggestions by the public.
The BJP hopes that this campaign will foster a sense of participation among the citizens and help create a manifesto that is truly representative of the people’s will. The party invites all citizens to contribute their suggestions and be a part of this democratic exercise.
The ‘Sankalp Patra Campaign’ is a testament to the BJP’s commitment to inclusive and participatory governance. It remains to be seen how this initiative will shape the party’s manifesto and influence the outcome of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
