“In the coming days, I will be visiting Russia and Austria. During his visit to Russia, PM Modi is scheduled to hold comprehensive discussions with President Vladimir Putin to review and expand bilateral cooperation across various sectors. “I am looking forward to discussing all aspects of our bilateral cooperation with President Putin and exchanging views on regional and global issues of mutual interest,” PM Modi stated.
India and Russia, bound by a Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership, have made significant strides in sectors such as energy, security, trade, investment, health, education, culture, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges over the past decade. After Russia, PM Modi will proceed to Austria, marking a milestone as the first Indian Prime Minister to visit the country in four decades. “During my visit to Austria, I look forward to meeting President Alexander Van der Bellen and Chancellor Karl Nehammer. Austria is a steadfast partner of India, sharing common values of democracy and pluralism,” PM Modi emphasized.
