Modi, addressing the crowd, criticized what he referred to as the I.N.D.I alliance, alleging that they have undermined the sacrifices of Punjab’s Braveheart Forces.

Furthermore, Modi criticized the opposition’s handling of the One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme, accusing them of deceiving “our Bravehearts” for four decades. In contrast, he emphasized his government’s commitment to the welfare of the armed forces, claiming that they have implemented all necessary policies to promote self-reliance (Atmanirbharta) within the Indian Armed Forces.
The Prime Minister’s speech comes amid escalating political tensions in the run-up to the upcoming elections, with both sides engaging in vigorous campaigning across the country. Modi’s remarks in Hoshiarpur reflect the ruling party’s strategy of highlighting national security and defense issues while targeting the perceived weaknesses of the opposition.
